Hot & Cold Deli

We have a variety of hot food available including bacon, sausages, roast beef, roast pork along with a variety of daily specials.

These are all served in baguettes or baps, small or large, but you can also buy individually or without the bread if you wish. Jacket potatoes, homemade mini pizzas and roasted chickens are also available daily.

Beef and halloumi burgers are becoming more and more popular. Served with lettuce, tomato, fried onions, burger sauce and mayo with cheese as an extra and if you’re feeling extra hungry why not double or triple up? These are all cooked to order.

Alongside out hot counter we now have an extended cooked meat product range and have vastly increased our range of cheese and we are pleased to be stocking Mrs Temples Cheeses and Ferndale Cheese. We have an extensive range of other cheeses available.

 Cold Deli

We have a range of cooked meats available including ox tongue, roast pork, turkey, roast beef, cornbeef and a selection of hams including smoked, unsmoked and honey roasted. With few exceptions, all our meat joints are cooked and smoked on our premises, here in Briston.

Also available, we have pork and beef dripping, chorizo and parma ham and we stock local cheeses from Mrs temple including Binham Blue, Walsingham, Smoked Walsingham, Copys Cloud and Wells Alpine. Ferndale Farm Dapple and Smoked Dapple is our other local cheese we have available. Our own pork cheese and black pudding is all homemade here at Briston.

Salad pots

During the summer months we make a variety of salad pots.

As we make them fresh, the contents are constantly changing. Our salad pots can contain a selection of mixed salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, coleslaw, new potato and chive salad, beetroot salad, couscous and pasta salad with a selection of cooked meats or cheeses.

During the winter months we don’t make the salad pots daily but they can be made to order. Please give us a days’ notice for this.
